About System Amberpoint
An independent programming consulting practice in Phuket focused on cloud infrastructure planning and migration advisory.
Why we exist
Cloud moves fail quietly when plans stay in slide decks and nobody owns the cutover night. System Amberpoint was founded to give programme leads in Thailand a place to buy sober programming consulting—planning, sequencing, and migration advisory—without buying a product suite.
Origin
The practice began after years of watching regional firms inherit half-finished cloud projects: landing zones without owners, DNS changes without rollback windows, and vendors measuring success by tickets closed rather than services restored. We opened in Phuket to stay close to clients who work across the Andaman coast and the wider Thai market, while remaining small enough to stay on the call when a migration actually runs.
How we work
We write things down. Decision records, wave plans, and rehearsal notes are part of the fee—not optional extras. Sessions are working meetings with your engineers in the room. We challenge forced dates when the inventory is incomplete, and we will recommend delaying a move when the readiness assessment says so.
People
Aran Srisawat

Values that show up in the work
- Prefer a delayed cutover over a heroic recovery.
- Name constraints early—leases, audits, peak seasons, staff leave.
- Leave artefacts your team can run without us.
- Keep the commercial model simple: advisory time and written plans.
Thailand context
Many of our clients operate hybrid estates: on-premises systems in Bangkok or Phuket data rooms, SaaS edges, and public-cloud targets. We plan around Thai public holidays, monsoon-related travel limits for on-site work, and the reality of distributed ops teams. Office meetings are held at Office 8, 67 Test Road, Phuket 00000.
