Advisory work is priced by engagement, not by seat licence. The figures below are guidance for budgeting in Thailand; your quote will reflect estate size, access constraints, and whether cutover counsel is included.

What changes the fee
- Number of applications and data stores in scope
- Need for on-site work outside Phuket

What is never included in the published ranges
Cloud provider invoices, third-party licences, overnight hotel costs outside Phuket, and implementation coding by our advisors. If materials or specialists are required, we itemise them before work starts.
Deposits and invoicing
Engagements over 150,000 THB typically require a 30% deposit to reserve the start date. Remaining invoices follow agreed milestones (for example after discovery, after planning workshops, after final memo). See our refund policy for cancellations and work already started.
