What is excluded

Hands-on coding retainers, 24/7 operations cover, vendor contract negotiation on your behalf, and managed cloud administration after the engagement closes. Those can be referred out if needed.

How we work

  1. Briefing call — confirm drivers, constraints, and non-negotiable dates.
  2. Discovery week — interviews, diagrams, and access to read-only inventory where permitted.
  3. Planning workshops — two to four working sessions to agree waves and risks.
  4. Artefact delivery — plans and memos you can circulate internally.
  5. Cutover counsel — optional advisory presence during the first production move.

Duration and location

Typical engagements run four to ten weeks. Sessions may be held at our Phuket office (Office 8, 67 Test Road), at your site in Thailand, or by video with shared whiteboards.

Preparation

Have an inventory of applications in scope, named owners, known hard deadlines (leases, audits, seasonality), and a point of contact who can schedule engineers. We will ask for architecture diagrams; rough sketches are fine.

Pricing basis

Fixed engagement fee after a short paid discovery. See Rates for indicative ranges. Materials and travel outside Phuket are itemised separately when required.
