Content on this website is for general information about our advisory offers. It does not form a binding proposal until a written statement of work is signed by both parties. Rates shown are indicative.

Intellectual property

Texts, visual design, and original diagrams published by System Amberpoint remain our property unless a statement of work assigns specific deliverables to you. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without written permission.

Client deliverables

Upon full payment for an engagement, you receive a licence to use the agreed written artefacts (plans, memos, runbooks) inside your organisation. That licence does not include resale of our materials as a competing advisory product.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, System Amberpoint is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. For advisory engagements, liability caps and exclusions are stated in the statement of work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.

Professional advice

Website articles and summaries are not a substitute for an engagement tailored to your systems and constraints. Decisions made solely from public pages are at your own risk.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit unlawful or abusive content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when requesting advisory work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Phuket (or another competent Thai venue) have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, unless a signed statement of work specifies otherwise for an engagement.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
